Qualificações

• 0–1 year of related experience in timekeeping, payroll support, or administrative support.
• Basic understanding of timekeeping practices.
• Familiarity with payroll or timekeeping systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, PrismHR, ADP, or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily employee time entry to ensure timely submission of hours worked.
• Enter employee hours, timecard corrections, and pay code adjustments accurately.
• Review timecards for completeness and follow up with supervisors on missing entries.
• Maintain accurate records of timekeeping changes and supporting documentation.
• Assist employees and supervisors with timekeeping system navigation.
