Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 0–2 years of payroll processing, accounting, or related administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with payroll systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing payroll for multi-state and multi-company payrolls.
• Maintain employee payroll deductions and withholdings.
• Support processing of terminations and final pay per state requirements.
• Calculate wage and overtime payments and record deductions and adjustments.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and escalate to senior staff when needed.
• Review payroll data for completeness and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Provide administrative support for payroll processing, including reports and forms.
• Assist with resolving payroll inquiries in a timely manner.
• Support payroll compliance activities and internal audits as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
