Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years of payroll processing or related administrative experience.
• Experience with payroll or HR systems is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing payroll for multi-state and multi-company payrolls.
• Maintain employee payroll deductions and withholdings.
• Support processing of terminations and final pay per state requirements.
• Calculate wage and overtime payments and document deductions/adjustments.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and escalate to senior staff as needed.
• Review payroll data for completeness and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records compliant with policies and regulations.
• Provide administrative support for payroll processing and reporting.
• Assist with payroll inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Support payroll compliance activities and internal reviews.
