Job summary

Sentinel Group is hiring an entry-level Operations Associate to join the Operations Team. The role supports payroll processing, rollover processing, and loan payoff transactions while learning core Inflow processes and improving efficiency.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and special projects. Hybrid options include Wakefield, MA or Troy, MI locations, or remote work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, process, and reconcile payroll files for retirement plans.
• Initiate funding requests (ACH) and reconcile deposits for payroll contributions.
• Generate and review payroll reports.
• Process and post payroll contributions, rollover transactions, and loan payoff transactions.
• Perform cash reconciliation with custodial partners.
• Research, respond to inquiries regarding inflow transactions.
