Solvo Global is seeking an entry-level Service Operations Associate to support payroll processing, HRIS updates, and client service delivery. You will handle routine inquiries, data entry, and basic troubleshooting under guidance from the team.

This on-site role requires collaboration with Tax, Benefits, HR, and Operations to ensure accurate data and timely service. Prior experience in payroll or HRIS is helpful, with strong attention to detail and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to learn payroll, HRIS, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine client and employee inquiries with clear, timely information.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic payroll and HRIS issues.
• Enter and validate standard payroll data and support off-cycle processing.
• Coordinate with Tax, Benefits, HR, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Regular on-site attendance to access systems and participate in meetings.
