Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Patient Services Supervisor to help run the Food & Nutrition Services Department and ensure high-quality patient and client satisfaction.

You will oversee patient meal assembly and delivery, address concerns, and support daily operations, including sanitation and quality improvement. This is an entry-level management role with room to grow.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service experience.
• Experience in various dining settings and health care operations.
• Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Strong supervisory, leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient and client satisfaction meet expectations.
• Assist with menu alternatives respecting diet restrictions and preferences.
• Coordinate daily meal selection, tray delivery, and retrieval.
• Address patient concerns promptly or escalate as needed.
• Oversee all food service activities, sanitation, and quality control.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
