Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, hospital registration, scheduling, insurance verification, call center, financial services, administrative support, or another patient-facing service environment strongly preferred.

• Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and pre-registration.
• Verify insurance and perform financial clearance duties.
• Support front-end revenue cycle workflows and point-of-service collection.
• Deliver professional, compassionate, and service-oriented first impressions for patients and families.
