Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of progressively responsible related work experience required.
• Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish).
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and begin the registration process.
• Assist with admissions, registration, and billing-related documents.
• Identify insurance coverage and financial resources to cover care.
• Handle routine inquiries and service recovery for patients.
• Escalate complex registrations to senior staff as needed.
• Meet productivity and KPI targets as directed by leadership.
