Ethos Sales is building a brand-new fiber field sales team in the Poughkeepsie area. We’re seeking motivated individuals to visit homeowners, explain fiber options, and drive growth from the ground up. This role offers paid training, uncapped commissions, and a tiered sign-on bonus based on experience.

You’ll join a startup environment with opportunities for leadership as the team expands, and you’ll be part of creating the culture from day one, while earning based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle required for daily field travel.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Comfortable with face-to-face, door-to-door interactions.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel for work.

As a Fiber Field Sales Representative, you'll spend your days out in the community meeting homeowners and introducing them to reliable, high-speed fiber internet.
