Job summary

GoNetspeed is hiring an Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door) to promote fiber internet in local neighborhoods. You will work field-based with limited office reporting and earn base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Benefits include paid training, mileage allowance, PTO and holidays, and a company 401(k) match. Prior telecom or tech sales experience is welcome but not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Proactive, self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Comfort working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance with a full-time schedule and local travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Represent GoNetspeed directly in local neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach.
• Sell Fiber Internet, Home Phone and Streaming TV plans.
• Knock on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities.
• Match customer needs with the right plan and close sales.
• Participate in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed.
