Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Packaging Operator I for the 2nd shift in Brookhaven, NY. Qualifications

• Less than one year in Pharmaceutical Packaging/Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of safety, cGMP and SOP.

Responsibilities

• Carries out packaging operations in strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, environmental and safety regulations.
• Inspects and verifies bulk product and packaging components prior to entry into packaging room.
• Maintains accurate logbook entries before and after each batch operation.
• Performs in-process quality control checks and documents results.
• Verifies accuracy of scales and balances and ensures equipment calibration status.

Education

High School or GED General HS Curriculum - Preferred
