Tremco Construction Products Group is hiring a Filler/Packager in Cleveland, OH. The role fills products on packaging lines, reads production cards, and ensures accurate labeling and counts for each shift.

No prior experience is required, and forklift certification is preferred or obtainable. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and use basic computer tools; a range of benefits awaits successful applicants.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma required.
• No prior experience or training.
• Forklift certification preferred, or willing to obtain.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and Windows familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Fill product using packaging machines and assemble materials for the shift.
• Read and follow filling procedures for cartridges, chubs, and gallon units.
• Follow production schedules and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Assist in waste segregation and recycling programs.
• Communicate with Foreman and Production Manager about progress and downtime.
• Use safety equipment and report incidents as required.
• Track shift progress with equipment effectiveness records.
