You will deliver a high-quality service experience, assist with policy changes, renewals, and audits, and support the team with documentation and reporting.

We provide training and support to obtain the Massachusetts Property & Casualty license within four months, with a clear career path toward licensed account management

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to study for and obtain a Massachusetts Property & Casualty license with company support within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service as the primary contact for commercial insurance clients.
• Support licensed team members with renewal preparation and proposals.
• Assist with policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and renewals.
