Job summary

Great West Casualty Company is seeking a Customer Account Representative for our Service Center in a hybrid role. You will serve as the primary contact for agents and insureds, handling policy servicing, billing inquiries, and account maintenance with a focus on accuracy and service excellence.

We provide company-paid training toward a Property & Casualty license, and employees who obtain their license within 90 days receive a $1,000 salary increase.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls from agents and insureds regarding policies, coverage, billing, and account inquiries.
• Making outbound calls to gather information and resolve customer concerns.
• Responding to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Processing policy changes, endorsements, and coverage modifications.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and policy activity.
• Delivering outstanding customer service while building relationships with agents and insureds.
