• Must have 1–2 years of experience in electrical power line construction.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work with energized high voltage systems.

• Setting poles and stringing overhead wire with proper sagging techniques.
• Troubleshooting primary and secondary systems and replacing fuses.
