Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to travel 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.

Aufgaben

• Enter the 12-month sales training program consisting of field-based and classroom instruction.
• Travel with Sales Mentor and participate in calls to learn the sales process.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Meet designated monthly and annual quotas after completing training.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to automotive dealerships, including software, marketing services and promotional products.
