Job summary

Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti, is seeking an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to build a sales career in a hands-on, customer-facing role. You will meet residents, assess connectivity needs, and recommend fiber internet and home connectivity solutions in your local area.

You will receive paid training and coaching, with uncapped commissions and a starting base salary, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus. This role emphasizes independence, teamwork, and performance-based earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel in your sales territory.
• Ability to work outdoors for much of the day in different weather conditions and terrain.
• Comfort using mobile devices, including iPhones and iPads, for sales activity and customer information.
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free home workspace for virtual meetings with internet speed of at least 25 Mbps.
• Flexible availability to work - days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prospect assigned neighborhoods and engage residents through door-to-door sales.
• Introduce Kinetic fiber internet and connectivity services to potential customers.
• Learn customer needs and recommend the right fiber internet and home connectivity solutions.
• Help customers place orders, set up billing, and start new service with a strong customer service approach.
• Use company-provided mobile sales tools, including iPads and iPhones, to manage sales activity and customer information in your assigned territory.
