Job summary

Kinetic, a Uniti business unit, is seeking an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to meet residents in local neighborhoods, learn their connectivity needs, and recommend fiber internet and home services. You will receive paid training, coaching, and tools, with uncapped commissions.

Starting base salary is $37,000 plus commissions; target total compensation $85,000–$150,000. A $2,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are included; you’ll use mobile tools in your territory and grow

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable personal vehicle for local travel in your sales territory.
Ability to work outdoors for much of the day in different weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Prospect assigned neighborhoods and engage residents through door-to-door sales.
Introduce Kinetic fiber internet and connectivity services to potential customers.
Learn customer needs and recommend the right fiber internet and home connectivity solutions.
Help customers place orders, set up billing, and start new service with a strong customer service approach.
Use company-provided mobile sales tools, including iPads and iPhones, to manage sales activity and customer information in your assigned territory.
