Uniti Group, through its Kinetic business unit, is seeking an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to meet residents, introduce fiber internet and home connectivity options, and guide new customers through signup and billing processes. This role offers paid training, ongoing coaching, and uncapped commissions in a dynamic, local-territory setting.

You will work outdoors in neighborhoods, employing mobile tools to track activity and drive performance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for local travel in your sales territory.
• Comfort using mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) for sales activity and customer info.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
