Job summary

Omni Fiber seeks an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Hermitage region, engaging homeowners with in-home consultations to showcase fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You will own your territory, build relationships, and drive growth in the communities served.

The role includes comprehensive training, a schedule of Mon-Fri 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, and a path for career advancement in a fast-growing fiber internet company.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. Reimbursement at IRS rate after 50 miles roundtrip and for travel outside territory.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's services (internet, voice, TV) to customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your territory.
