Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $89,000.00/yr

Position Overview

As a territory-based sales representative, you'll engage directly with clients. You will receive tailored training to help you succeed in reaching small and medium-sized businesses across various sectors. Your main goal is to introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and their employees. You will have a mix of one-on-one meetings and group presentations, with daily opportunities for growth.

Core Responsibilities
  • Use our Salesforce CRM to generate leads, expand your network, and build your client base.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings to understand client insurance needs.
  • Attend calls and meetings with your sales team and manager.
  • Visit businesses, develop relationships, follow up on leads, and service existing clients.
  • Build and maintain your client portfolio.
  • Work with your manager to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Plan your weekly schedule and report your activities.
  • Record daily sales activities and progress.
Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high-level background check.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain an active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (training and reimbursement provided).
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; relevant sales or athletic background considered if within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of experience.
