In this role you will:

  • Demonstrate passion for curating extraordinary travel experiences for high-net-worth guests
  • Handle inbound sales calls, identify customer needs, and make travel recommendations (no cold calling)
  • Make follow-up outbound calls, overcome objections, and close sales
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Build lasting relationships to foster customer loyalty
  • Explain cruise itineraries, onboard amenities, and pricing details
  • Maintain accurate interaction records and follow up with leads
  • Work remotely in a fully virtual environment
  • Exercise high ethical standards
  • Remain coachable, motivated, and driven with an entrepreneurial spirit

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience in telephone sales or similar roles
  • 5+ years' experience as an Account Executive or in sales
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales KPIs
  • Strong phone sales skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with high-end clients
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Discipline to adhere to structured schedules
  • Previous sales experience with ability to close on first call
  • Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools
  • Dedicated distraction-free workspace at home
  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps, wired connection)
  • Location: Arizona, USA
