ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a Laborer to provide entry level outside plant (OSP) installation support on various utility construction sites. This role is ideal for someone entering the telecom construction space with a strong safety mindset and ALL IN attitude.

The position offers opportunities to work across projects nationwide, with on-site duties and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer service. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, and training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred but willing to train.
• Proven experience in manual labor in outdoor conditions is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license strongly preferred.
• Class A CDL License strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor in all weather conditions, including hand digging, installing utilities, moving material, and inspecting ground conditions.
• Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks (loading/unloading, photos, traffic control).
• Basic equipment operations under guidance (drill, mini excavator, hydro truck).
• Meets production expectations set by Laborer/Foreman/management.
• Participates in training with experienced Laborers and Operators.
• Reads prints and construction drawings at a basic level.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness per standards; adheres to safety culture.
• Performs other duties as needed.
