Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC seeks a Laborer to provide entry level outside plant (OSP) installation support on telecommunications project sites. This role is ideal for someone starting in the utility construction space, focused on safety, quality, and a strong work ethic with an ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

The position requires willingness to work outdoors in varied weather, travel nationwide, and diligently support crew tasks from setup to closeout while maintaining safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred but willing to train
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license; CDL and Class A license preferred
• Ability to perform outdoor manual labor in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor in all weather conditions including hand digging, installing utilities, moving materials and inspecting ground conditions
• Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks such as loading/unloading trucks and placing traffic cones
• Operates basic equipment with guidance from experienced operators
• Meets production expectations set by crew leads and management
• Reads prints and construction drawings as needed
• Adheres to safety culture and quality standards on site
• Performs other duties as requested
