Job summary

Hanger is seeking an Associate Fabricator in Phoenix to fabricate orthotic and prosthetic devices, ensuring fit, function, and workmanship to the highest standards. On-the-job training and formal O&P training will be provided, with emphasis on following work instructions and maintaining equipment and materials.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with little to no prior experience needed—though related experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; no experience required.
• Preferred: <1 year of related experience in machinery, tools, design or fabrication.
• Without diploma/GED, 1 year of related O&P experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication of orthotic and/or prosthetic devices according to quality standards.
• May assist with inventory, ordering and receiving tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment under 5S.
• Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA training and requirements.
