The pay range for this position is $25.25 to $37.00 per hour, with compensation determined based on education, experience, and other factors in accordance with applicable laws. This is an entry-level, overtime-eligible role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and follow up on status and shipments.
• Respond to inquiries via email, Freshdesk, and phone.
• Provide quotations, pricing information, and product documentation.
• Prepare export documents and coordinate shipping and customs issues.
• Maintain customer accounts and monitor order activity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Shipping, Production, and Quality to resolve issues.
