Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in New York (Town of Islip area) is seeking an entry-level Operator on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM − 11:30 PM) to support production lines and quality checks. You will operate equipment, measure ingredients, and maintain clean, safe work areas as part of a team that delivers trusted foods and beverages.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn, with onboarding during the first week and a potential shift differential for 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
