Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring an entry-level Production Operator for the 2nd shift. You’ll run the production line, monitor equipment, and help ensure product quality while following safety and quality procedures. This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

You will receive onboarding and onboarding hours, with a shift differential of $1.50 per hour for second shift. Pay is $20.80 per hour, with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
