Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring for an entry-level Operator to join the production line in Bohemia, NY. You will operate and monitor equipment, follow safety and quality procedures, and support the team to ensure every item meets our standards. Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn are essential.

The role runs Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, with onboarding 4–5 days. The approximate base pay is $23.64 per hour, plus a $3.00/hour shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follows safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
