Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors and cross‑functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Monitor production schedules and prioritize work to meet customer commitments.
• Track KPIs and develop action plans for performance improvement.
• Participate in Lean initiatives and structured problem‑solving methods.
• Assist with workforce planning and staffing for assigned operations.
• Partner with leadership to foster safety, accountability, and teamwork on the shop floor.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards in day‑to‑day operations.
• Support projects to enhance efficiency and throughput.
• Communicate status, risks, and opportunities to supervisors and leadership.
