Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing/Aerospace Quality Engineering or closely related field.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, quality, or engineering experience (co-ops, internships, projects) encouraged.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, manufacturing processes or industrial equipment.
• Foundational understanding of product manufacture, inspection and testing.
• Ability to learn process management concepts, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication in cross-functional environments.
• Business acumen in how quality, cost and schedule interact in production.

Responsibilities

• Assist development and execution of manufacturing processes for robust, cost‑effective designs.
• Analyze manufacturing and inspection processes to determine capability and corrective actions.
• Participate in design requirements to develop new quality control processes and validate actions.
• Support quality focus areas such as Corrective Action, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Systems.
• Apply inspection methods and measurement equipment; document quality records and traceability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate customer requirements and standards into controls.
• Use data and problem‑solving tools for root cause analysis, trend ID and preventive actions.
• Communicate status and risks clearly to teammates and leadership.
