• Keep all queues current.
• Validate requests and authorize PHI release per procedures.
• Quality checks to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and invoicing.
• Maintain confidentiality, security, and ethics with PHI during transport and storage.
• Complete legal affidavits and questions as needed.
• Regularly scan ROI requests into charts.
• Abide by ROI policy of HealthMark and clients.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance; follow client dress code.
• Keep work area clean; ensure proper records storage.
• Update facility guide as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service; be attentive and respectful.
• Follow-through on promises.
• Identify patient complaints and de-escalate as needed.
