Job summary

• Coordinate with production training leaders to support and coach new hires for on-the-job performance.
• Assist in developing training programs or methods.
• Partner with HR and Talent Development to gather data to analyze employee retention.
• Assist with all HR processes and procedures.
• Assist in developing training programs or methods.
• Perform other duties as needed.
