Qualifications

• 8–10 years of job-specific experience or equivalent education.
• Associate degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, automation, PLCs, and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical training programs to support technical employee development and organizational goals.
• Coordinate, administer, and maintain training services across operations.
• Plan and facilitate workshops driven by strategic performance needs of the organization.
