Dominion Energy seeks an Associate OSW Marine Coordinator in Norfolk to coordinate offshore vessel activities within wind lease areas. The role uses site-specific software to track movements and ensure safety for personnel and vessels during construction and operations.

The position supports a 24x7 operation with shift work. Ideal candidates will have 0-2 years’ related experience and strong communication and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related knowledge and experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office; able to learn job-specific software.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate offshore vessel activities within CVOW pilot and commercial wind lease areas.
• Monitor personnel and vessel movements using site-specific software.
• Maintain 24x7 operational coverage with shift work and established procedures.
• Lead operational briefs for small groups of stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively and maintain schedules for assets in the field.
