• 0-2 years of related knowledge and experience.
• Experience maintaining daily operational logs and documenting issues in the field.
• Ability to lead operational briefs for small groups of stakeholders.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn job-specific apps.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to monitor weather forecast models and report hazards to stakeholders.
• Ability to address multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience communicating with field personnel via radios, email, or VoIP.
• Experience following documented procedures for complex projects.
• Ability to analyze information and data to make sound decisions.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven consensus-building and independent decision-making skills.
