You will interact with patients and physician offices, document information in EMR systems, and support the intake and clinical teams in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PCP (Primary Care Physician) validation for new and existing patients.
• Contact patients by phone to verify primary care physician information.
• Communicate with physician offices to confirm patient records and referrals.
• Accurately document information in electronic medical records and company systems.
• Follow up on missing or incomplete information in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the intake and clinical teams to ensure accurate patient information.
• Provide excellent customer service during every patient interaction.
• Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned.
