JSI invites you to join our NOC team in Madison, MS as an entry-level NOC Analyst I. You’ll monitor broadband networks, manage tickets, and perform initial troubleshooting under SOPs. This role emphasizes learning, reliability, and collaboration within a mission-driven organization.

We value strong technical aptitude and communication, with opportunities to grow in a full-time office setting. A high school diploma or GED is required; related technical education is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s in a technical field preferred.
• Genuine interest in technology with ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Proactive monitoring of customer network infrastructure using established NOC tools.
• Create, work, and update trouble tickets for network issues with accuracy.
• Perform initial troubleshooting following SOPs and guides.
• Escalate complex incidents to appropriate resources.
• Communicate updates clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain knowledge base and document troubleshooting steps.
