Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and no previous professional experience.
• Must be CNIM eligible via one pathway as defined by ABRET.
• Knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and/or anatomy & physiology.
• Operating Room (OR) experience preferred.
• Strong time management & organizational skills; ability to handle competing demands.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with surgeons and staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and meet hospital requirements.
• Eligible for medical malpractice insurance coverage provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provides intraoperative neuromonitoring during surgery by monitoring the patient’s nervous system.
• Communicates monitoring information to the surgeon and surgical team throughout the case.
• Maintains IOM logs and completes documentation and file uploads.
• Maintains neuromonitoring equipment and performs routine maintenance checks.
• Represents the company professionally with ethical conduct and compliance.
