Qualifications

• Perform quality inspections using NDT methods (X-Ray, Penetrant, Magnetic Particle) per customer specs.
• Certify products and maintain traceability to certifications.
• Read and interpret specifications; use gauging and measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Certify conformance to customer specs and maintain traceability.
• Perform penetrant, X-ray, and magnetic particle inspections and interpret results.
• Maintain and calibrate NDT equipment and perform process checks.
• Handle etch, passivation, and electropolish as needed.
• Communicate with engineers on scrap and process issues.
• Ensure paperwork and lot integrity.
