Precision Castparts Corp. seeks an NDT X-Ray - Level 2 professional for a swing shift in Ogden, UT. You will perform quality inspections using X-Ray, Penetrant and Magnetic Particle methods, interpreting results and accepting or reworking parts per customer specs.

This is a safety-focused production environment. The role requires blueprints reading, strong English comprehension, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and willingness to overtime.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Able to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to pass NDT certifications required by Responsible Level III.

Responsibilities

• Certifies product conformance and maintains traceability.
• Creates NDT techniques.
• Performs penetrant, X-ray, and magnetic particle inspections and interprets results.
• Maintains NDT equipment and performs calibrations.
• Communicates with engineers on scrap and process issues.
• Ensures paperwork and records are complete.
