Job summary

Team Industrial Services, a global leader in asset integrity solutions, is seeking an entry-level NDT Assistant to support certified technicians at client sites. You will help set up inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT) and ensure safety and quality in field operations.

In this role you will learn NDT methods, assist with materials, tools, and documentation, and travel to multiple site locations. A strong safety mindset and willingness to work varied shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Willingness to travel and work in various environments (Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Power, etc.).
• Willingness to work extended shifts, weekends, and alternative schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights/ confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified NDT technicians in setting up and performing inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT, etc.).
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and equipment for testing.
• Support radiation safety practices and secure work areas for radiographic testing.
• Transport equipment to and from job sites and maintain inventory.
• Complete field reports and timesheets as directed.
• Follow safety rules and site protocols.
