Qualifications

• Satisfactory credit check at time of hire.
• APSIN/NCIC certification within 30 days of hire.
• Valid Alaska Driver’s License with acceptable driving record at hire.

Responsibilities

• Handles misdemeanor prosecutions under the municipal code, including screening, arraignment, evidence reviews, and trial preparation.
• Coordinates with police, witnesses, and victims and maintains case tracking and status updates.
