Alliance Technical Group is seeking an Entry Level Monitoring Technician (LDAR) to monitor components for leaks at client sites, calibrate analyzers, and document findings. The role offers a defined training program, growth opportunities, and quarterly profit sharing.

Starting pay is $19.50/hr with paid time off, benefits, and career advancement. On-site work at client locations, with safety training and daily paperwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to be on your feet 8–10+ hours daily on uneven ground.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfort with climbing stairs and ladders to high heights.
• Some mechanical aptitude and comfort with handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor components daily to detect leaks and emissions.
• Calibrate analyzers before use and perform maintenance.
• Identify and report changes or new/removed components during monitoring.
• Report AV/OEL leaks and missing identification tags.
