Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an Entry Level Monitoring Technician (LDAR) at client sites to learn a skilled trade in the oil and gas industry. Beginning pay is $19.05 per hour with a clear path for growth and benefits.

You will monitor components for leaks, perform calibrations, support leak repair, complete JHA and daily paperwork, and participate in safety meetings. The role is outdoors, physically demanding, and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to be on your feet 8-10+ hours daily on uneven ground.
• Love being outdoors and working safely in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to climb stairs and ladders to high heights (up to 300 ft).
• Some mechanical abilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation to worksites is required.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of components to detect leaks on-site at client facilities.
• Perform and record calibrations on analyzers before use.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on analyzers.
• Identify and report changes to components during monitoring.
• Identify and report new or removed components during monitoring.
• Identify and report AV0 leaks, OELs, and missing identification tags.
• Support leak repair activities at customer worksites as required.
• Complete Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) daily.
• Complete Equipment and Vehicle Inspections as required.
• Complete daily paperwork (job summary, forms, missing tags).
• Attend and participate in daily toolbox and safety meetings.
• Complete all safety and knowledge trainings as assigned.
