Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an entry level Monitoring Technician (LDAR) to be stationed onsite at client sites. The role includes comprehensive training, opportunities for advancement, and pay progression in the first year.

You will perform daily monitoring, calibrations, maintenance, and reporting of leaks, with safety training provided. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to be on your feet 8-10+ hours per day on uneven ground while wearing a monitoring backpack up to 25 lbs.
• Love outdoor work and safe operation in all weather conditions.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders to heights up to 300 ft.
• Some mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and use hand-held devices (preferred).
• Reliable transportation to worksites is required.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of components to detect leaks (valves, pumps, connectors, etc.).
• Perform and record calibrations on analyzers before use.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on analyzers.
• Identify and report changes to components while monitoring.
• Identify and report new or removed components during monitoring.
• Identify and report AV0 leaks and Open-Ended Lines (OEL).
• Identify components with missing identification tags.
• Support leak repair activities at customer sites as required.
• Complete Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) daily.
• Complete Equipment and Vehicle Inspections as required.
• Complete daily paperwork (job summary, change forms, missing tags).
• Attend and participate in toolbox and safety meetings.
• Complete all safety and knowledge trainings as assigned.
