Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an Entry Level Monitoring Technician (LDAR) in Orange, TX. You will be trained to monitor equipment for leaks, calibrate analyzers, perform preventive maintenance, and report changes on multiple sites.

The role emphasizes outdoor work, safety, and growth within the company. You will participate in a comprehensive training process, with a starting pay rate of $19.05/hr, and opportunities for advancement, benefits, and profit-sharing bonuses.

Qualifications

• Ability to be on your feet 8-10+ hours per day on uneven ground (concrete, rock, grass, mud).
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders to high heights (up to 300 ft).
• Some mechanical abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of components to detect leaks and emissions.
• Perform and record calibrations on analyzers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on analyzers.
• Identify/report changes to components during monitoring; report AV0 leaks and missing tags.
• Support leak repair activities at customer sites as required.
