Job summary

Hudbay seeks an entry-level Site Services Laborer I for the Copper World Mine in Arizona. You will support site operations, maintenance, and cleanup alongside Site Services Technicians and report to the Site Services Supervisor I.

The role emphasizes keeping work areas safe, clean, and organized while assisting with routine tasks, inventory, and driving company or rental vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior formal maintenance experience required, but physical labor history is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Services Technicians with routine maintenance and repair tasks on site infrastructure, including basic electrical, mechanical, and HVAC support.
• Perform general upkeep of offices, workshops, and field facilities; clean, organize, and prep work areas.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment around the site as directed.
