The role requires ensuring regulatory compliance, executing policies, managing employee relations, and scaling the workforce in a fast-paced project environment.

The successful candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR-related field and at least five years of experience in mining, construction, or manufacturing HR, with HRIS proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years of HR experience.
• Experience in mine, construction, or manufacturing HR.
• HRIS proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and EEO compliance.
• Excellent dispute resolution and investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer all site HR responsibilities aligned with broader initiatives.
• Partner with the Director of HR to develop and rollout policies and site objectives.
• Liaise on recruiting and staffing to scale the workforce.
• Maintain site HR records in compliance with laws and policies.
• Manage employee relations and conduct investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Support shifting needs in a fast-paced project environment.
