Job summary

Hudbay Minerals U.S. Business Unit is seeking a Site Services Lead to oversee daily facility maintenance, infrastructure support, and site service operations for the Copper World project and related Arizona assets.

You will direct Mine Facility Technicians and contractors, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure adherence to safety policies while coordinating with mine operations and engineering teams. The role requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years in facility maintenance,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 3 years of facility maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
Advanced working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and prioritize routine inspections of all site facilities and systems.
Assign and perform repairs and maintenance across site infrastructure.
Lead and oversee daily maintenance of active mine facilities and infrastructure.
Oversee preventive maintenance processes for facility equipment and systems.
Provide on-site leadership during facility breakdowns or emergencies.
Collaborate with mine operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to achieve goals.
